

The Central Florida Store Services family is continuing to grow. We are currently looking for a friendly and experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Tech in the Orlando Fl, area.
Duties will include
• Use advanced understanding of refrigerant flow within system and advanced isolation techniques on all systems to perform maintenance and repairs. This should include all equipment including receivers, condensers, and oil systems
• Use advanced understanding of electricity, wiring, and control circuits (all equipment) to perform maintenance and repairs
• Use advanced understanding of EMS (CPC, COMTROL, NOVAR, DANFOSS) to perform maintenance and repairs
• Properly troubleshoot ongoing issues with refrigerated fixtures
• Be prompt and dependable with good punctuality
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and the job itself
• Maintain a good working relationship with fellow employees
• Perform job to the best ability to assist in area profitability
• Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems to include walk-in coolers, freezers, small self-contained equipment, reach-ins, etc. Including identifying repairs and, or replacement needs
• Inspect systems and their components to ensure safety and identify necessary repairs and provide an ongoing program of preventive maintenance
• Diagnose problems and, or failures refrigeration systems to identify equipment and, or systems repair and replacement needs
• Process service calls, work-orders, maintenance calls, etc. using provided mobile technology
• Safely operate company vehicle, maintain its appearance inside and out, have it serviced for scheduled maintenance, or repairs, and maintain and update an orderly parts inventory
• Efficiently read, understand, and apply: blueprints, schematics, and flow charts during repair process and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
Required Skills
• Advanced working knowledge of rack systems, single systems, walk-in units, and display cases
• Advanced knowledge of commercial ice machines, HVAC, refrigeration, gas furnaces and electrical functions
• Advanced understanding of EMS systems
• EPA Certification
• Advanced troubleshooting ability and mechanical skills
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and climb on rooftops
• Be available to run night time, weekend, and holiday emergency service calls
• Listen and comprehend written and oral instructions
• Good communications skills and good driving record
• Customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
